The ìndole wine, thanks to the nature of the soil in which the Falanghina grape is grown ungrafted, fully shows the characteristic minerality of the volcanic soil of Vesuvius, presents intense notes of yellow flowers, broom, citrus fruits candied fruit, lemon leaf and light hints of balsamic herbs. The right acidity, accompanied by a more intense flavor, makes it long and persistent on the palate.

Cultivation and pruning system: espalier with bilateral Guyot pruning

Harvest period: first ten days of October

Vinification and refinement

Vinification in steel, fermentation with indigenous yeasts selected in the vineyard, maceration for a week on the skins. Aging for 8 months on fine lees and further aging for 8 months in the bottle.

conlebucce

conlebucce is obtained from Falanghina grapes from our ungrafted vineyard, selected in the area of highest altitude and with southern exposure. Maceration on the skins restores marked characteristics of minerality, flavor and a clear reference to the soil of origin through hints of smoking.
